Trap Range
Rifle/Pistol Range

The trap range is located on the south end of the clubhouse in Riverside Park, Laurel, MT. The trap range consists of two trap houses, or trap aprons; one of which has a voice-activated release. This range is supervised and open to all members of the public regardless of membership.

Current trap shooting is scheduled to start on Sundays at 1:00 pm. Shooting continues until all participants have finished or darkness falls, whichever comes first. Thursday trap shooting will resume in the spring.

Traps cost $3.00 per round per participant. Each round consists of 25 clays. Each participant may purchase shot from the club or they may provide their own.

Be sure to check Calendar of Events to see if clubhouse rental to third-parties prevents trap shooting on desired dates.

Rifle/Pistol Range:

The rifle/pistol range is located 3 miles east of Silesia, MT on Moser Dome Road (Silesia Road). The rifle/pistol range is unsupervised and access can be gained using the key given to members at sign-up.

The range has 7 covered bench positions with backstops at 25, 100 and 200 yards. There is also an uncovered 25 yd. pistol range available for shooting. The rifle/pistol range has one outhouse and no other facilities. There is no electrical or water available and shooters need to bring their own supplies (i.e. toilet paper, staple guns, targets, etc.).
